We called Darren out due to the boiler not warming the water up correctly. He was on time and very polite, had the issue sorted within a couple of hours.
Would highly recommend and use him in the future.

Dear Wizard Heating, I would like to give you some feedback regarding your engineer Frank, who has just left my property. I am a property developer by trade , and have several sub contract tradesmen work for me. Frank was punctual, smart, friendly, and professional , from start to finish. He explained what he was going to do at the start and any pitfalls that may occur, throughout the day he explained on several occasions and showed me the difference in the heating system watercolour/purity. I would highly recommend Wizard Heating to friends and family, and would tell them to ask for Frank. Thank you

I would just like to say thank you for the excellent job that was carried out today. My central heating has been playing up for months and following the power flush i finally have very hot water. The engineer was polite very professional and explained clearly what he was doing including making some helpful tips on my boiler and radiators if suffering future problems.
A five star service and I would be happy to recommend your company to anyone.

Darren came first to put in preparation chemicals and helped explain the process. Then Frank came on the day. The system was very blocked but Frank was never going to give up. This is pertinent because 4 plumbers had before. I was starting to think this would never get fixed until I contacted these guys. Professional and I would have no problem recommending.

Darren and his colleague Frank arrived on time and they worked tirelessly to complete the job in good time, I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship and they made a very good effort in cleaning up afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I needed a boiler as my one had broken down and I have a 5 month old baby. No one could do the job and I called Wizard Gas who re arranged his other work to help me out and done the job the next day. I could not thank them enough. What an amazing service and would recommend to anyone. The work was second to none and will be calling to do my service from now on. Thank you so much mate.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your company and especially Frank who came to our home yesterday to undertake a Power Flush on our central heating system. The quality of his work was exemplary. He was clean and tidy in everything he did and although we had a system that proved quite difficult for him to flush he didn’t stop all day to achieve his and our needs. He succeeded in cleaning out the system entirely and left us with all our radiators working to their maximum efficiency. The house is wonderfully warm for the first time in months and it is now a pleasure to live in. Thanks.
