Thinking about commercial commissioning for your new boiler? Our team can help!
Learn more about commercial commissioning and how it can benefit you.
With changes to technology, changes to manufacturing techniques and changes to legislation and industry standards, commercial commissioning of your boiler helps to ensure that it is up to date and is operating as it should be.
Commercial commissioning of boilers can be a tricky procedure and should only be carried out by a team of registered professionals. The Wizard Gas Services team consists of certified professionals that can be relied on for efficient commercial commissioning.
The best way to have peace of mind long after a boiler has been installed is to ensure your new Commercial boiler is set to manufacturer recommendations and use Wizard Gas Services for commissioning. This will in turn ensure optimum performance, maximising efficiency and energy savings for the end user and client.
Gas Testing and Purging
We are able to provide tightness testing, purging gas pipework, commissioning and de-commissioning of gas pipework. Once we have carried out the work we will be able to provide you with a certificate to confirm an effective gas purge, tightness test, commission or decommission has been carried out on your system and that is safe.
If you have had your commercial gas pipework repaired, extended or if it has recently been installed then a purge is necessary. Before conducting our work, we will carry out a survey prior to the gas purging to ensure the purging is undertaken to the highest safety standards.
Tightness Testing
Tightness testing should only ever be carried out by an approved commercial gas engineer and is a process used on new pipework installations to make sure your commercial gas pipework is gas-tight and that it is safe for use.
We recommend that all gas pipework should be tested on an annual basis. Should your pipework fail the tightness test we can resolve any issues with your commercial gas pipework.
